Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or receive through CreatorZen. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

6. Analytics and Tracking

The CreatorZen app and our servers send anonymous usage statistics to PostHog for all users. These events use a random identifier that is not linked to your account, no person profile is created, and we do not store IP addresses or location for them. They may include taps, screen names and navigation flow, feature usage, app errors, device type and model, operating system, and app version. We process them based on our legitimate interest in finding confusing flows, failed actions, and reliability problems. Only if you select “Allow analytics” in the mobile app do we also link PostHog events to your account and record interaction analytics with masked session replay through Microsoft Clarity. Clarity session replay reconstructs the app interface, and Strict masking is configured to hide all text and images in replays. None of this is used for advertising or cross-app tracking. You can decline without losing core app features and can change your choice at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy. Withdrawing consent stops future account-linked analytics and session replay. We store your consent choice, disclosure version, timestamp, and source so it can be remembered and synchronized for your account. The legal basis for account-linked PostHog analytics and Clarity processing is your consent. To object to anonymous usage statistics, contact us at support@creatorzen.ai. We process limited Sentry crash, error, and performance diagnostics based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable; session replay is disabled in our Sentry configuration.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
